Everyone is willing to be happy, that is a key point. As the Psychology studies were leading me deeper to a wider source of wisdom I came to Vedic studies, Tantra as a technology to expand mind and awareness, and Yoga as a complete path for freedom. On the way, many Gurus, many masters, and many blessings pointing to One and the same Mother/Father, Source or Reality beyond words.
I began the Yoga practice and learning Tantra at Escuela Vedica with Swami Shankaratilakananda. These teachings gave me a wider understanding of true wisdom and my whole being resonated in blissful states never before experienced. I studied a form of dynamic and energetic yoga called Vyayam Yoga and Traditional Hatha Yoga. I also joined several seminars about Tantra, numerology, life, and death, meditation… These experiences inspired me on a pilgrimage for wisdom all over India for half a year and in Thailand in 2010 for Self-discovery. I was blessed to join the Kumbh Mela, the largest concentration of yogis in a festival with ritual bathing in the Holy Ganges. Studied Yoga and Philosophy with Swami Dharmanand at Ved Niketan Ashram in Rishikesh. Aiming for a full Yoga experience I traveled learning Ayurveda, Shiatsu, Thai massage, and Healing. It was on my second trip to India that I could study with Dr. Avdhoot Shivanand the healing science of ancient Rishis known as Cosmic healing and followed these teachings all around the globe attending seminars in London, Austria, and South Africa.
I included dance as an instrument for liberation after deep freedom tantric dance with Swami Akash. This experience of awakening the divinity within through movement touched me deeply. So I participated in workshops on Biodance, Vital Dance, Contact Improvisation, 5 Rhythms, and circle dervish dance to explore and share this medicine in several Dance Therapy workshops. In 2013 I trained in the Ayurvedic Panchakarma detox process with Dr. Nayana Rao, from Udupi, India. I was organizing several retreats and teachings on Ayurveda, abhyanga, and shirochampi massage. Other experiences with wisdom keepers like Don Chabelo, Huichol Indian, and especially with Abuela Margarita and Carlos Jesus Castillejos from Toltec tradition, introduced me to Native American wisdom. In 2014 I trained in Biogestalt therapy and group dynamics with the Biogestalt Institute, directed by Antonio Asin and Maria Zubicaray. Learning bioenergetic character body reading, holotropic breathing and rebirthing therapy, art therapy, and more teachings.
My greatest gift is to have the guidance of the Shiv Yog lineage in my path for kundalini awakening and healing sciences with eternal gratitude to His Holiness Dr. Avdhoot Baba Shivanad. Recognized by several governmental institutions in India and abroad for his contributions to Integrative Medicine. Educating medical professionals in the ancient science of the rishis, awakening the dormant healing powers within everyone, and revealing the science beyond science that integrates body, mind, and soul.
Gratitude to Chögyal Namkai Norbu Rimpoche for his compassion and teachings on Buddhism and the nature of the mind. The essential introduction to Dzogchen, Guruyoga, and Atiyoga
I intend to serve and inspire everyone in their path, for healing and awakening.
Thanks to the help of many people, books, studies, trips and life experiences of all kinds, and after many years of personal process, I can say that, despite fears and mental limitations, I have managed to tune in to my personal values. that have allowed me to achieve many of my personal goals and feel quite full, happy and grateful with everything that happens around me.
Professionally, when I finished my studies at the University, I had the opportunity to develop and learn from various facets of psychology (training, project development, therapies) as a scholar and collaborator at the University where I also developed my research on Stress Management. and its relationship with well-being.
Then I began my own path helping young people and families as well as in sports preparation, training and advising coaches and athletes.
Subsequently, I co-founded my own company dedicated, on the one hand, to carrying out educational, social and training projects for different personal and professional groups and, on the other, to therapeutic care and advice for adults.
Finally, four years ago, in collaboration with other facilitators, I began to develop therapeutic retreats related to well-being and personal development where I feel that I can express and develop my personal and professional virtues to a greater extent.
In addition to my education and experience, I have learned a lot from my experiences attending trainings, festivals and retreats throughout Europe related to Mindfulness, authentic relationships, tantra, yoga and others.
Currently, in addition to retreats and training, through Therapy and counseling I help people improve their lives, solve their personal problems and achieve their goals.

Going from the physical to the emotional and energetic. “being” with the patient instead of “doing”, led Víctor to find a method of manual work where the healing power is expressed from kindness and awareness to the global self.

Anahat and Ricardo shared their island with us and brought us on beautiful hikes which as a “regular” tourist you would probably not get the chance to see. The mindfulness and hypnotherapy practices were really beneficial and I feel so much lighter mentally since I have come home. I really feel a shift in my way of being and the guys have really helped me to move on and let go from certain thought patterns and habits that were destructive and futile. If you feel stuck this is the retreat for you. All in all a fun, emotional, challenging week which will pay dividends for a long time to come. A special mention to Raquel also who provided the most delicious vegan food for us and invigorated everyone with her zest for life!
The retreat was so nuanced, thought through, with the personal touch, reflections and wisdom of the instructors, full of light and amazing surprises. I have gained a spiritual family… 🥰❤️ There were so many little adventures and trips that we took, program adjustments / customization as per individual needs, deep and soulful talks by the fireplace and practices (very transformative and healing for me!). We were fortunate to see Tenerife from the very local and unforgettable side. After a few weeks I’m still thinking and feeling the warmth of the experience and unforgettable Tenerife… 🥰 And food also deserves a separate review 😉☺️ Rachel is a phenomenal cook!! The food selection was delicious, healthy, nourishing and healing ☺️ We also got a little surprise cooking workshop. All in all, I’m very grateful for the beautiful retreat and would definitely want to come back to Tenerife and Aday for more adventures and personal journeys. Thank you!!!
